Daniel W. Campbell
Mr. Campbell is a managing general partner of EsNet who began his professional career in the San Francisco office of Price Waterhouse. In 1989, he moved to Salt Lake City as a partner of Price Waterhouse and served as a member of the Price Waterhouse High Technology and Software Services committees. In 1992, he joined WordPerfect Corporation as senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Currently, Mr. Campbell serves on the Provo City Power Board, Provo Business Development Corporation Board, Utah Valley State College Board of Trustees, Brigham Young University Marriot School of Business Advisory Board, as well as being on the Boards of the public companies of NuSkin Enterprises and Syzygy AG. Mr. Campbell is a graduate of Brigham Young University.
John Lewis
Mr. Lewis is a general partner of EsNet who began his career with Mountain Bell as a member of the business sales team that handled government, education and medical clients. He then moved to WordPerfect Corporation and eventually became Executive Vice President in the office of the President with direct responsibility for corporate communications, sales and marketing human resources, publications, and all international business operations outside the U.S. and Canada. After WordPerfect's merger with Novell, Inc., he was a Senior Vice President on Novell's executive staff, responsible for customer service worldwide. Mr. Lewis left Novell in 1995 to become Vice President of corporate development at NuSkin Enterprises. Currently Mr. Lewis serves as Associate Advancement Vice President at Brigham Young University overseeing alumni and external relations efforts. He is also publisher of the popular University alumni publication, BYU Magazine.

Mr. Lewis earned a BA in English and an MBA from Brigham Young University, as well as an MA in English from the University of Virginia. Mr. Lewis has also been a marketing instructor in the Gore School of Business at Westminster College.

David C. Moon
Mr. Moon is a general partner of EsNet whose previous work experience includes a broad range of roles in technology, computer science, and corporate management. After graduating from Brigham Young University in 1983 in Computer Science, he worked as a software engineer for WordPerfect Corporation for many years, helping design and develop key features in the company's desktop application products. He served as the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Development at WordPerfect prior to its merger with Novell. While at Novell, Mr. Moon served as a Senior Vice President for product and technology development. After leaving Novell, Mr. Moon served as the Chief Information Officer for the State of Utah for three years. As a member of Governor Leavitt's Cabinet and Senior Advisory Staff, he was responsible for overseeing and coordinating all information services and technology initiatives for state government. Under his direction the Sate of Utah made significant progress in dealing with Y2K changes, introducing web-based government services, and enabling digital electronic transactions.

Mr. Moon currently serves on a number of private company boards, including ContractPal, Broadweave, RemedyMD, and The Generations Network, where he serves as Chairman. He is also a Board Trustee for the Utah Technology Council, a member of the Technology Initiative Advisory Board for the Utah State Board or Regents, and a board member of the National Genealogy Society.

Adrian Rietveld
Ad is a general partner of EsNet who currently resides in The Netherlands. Mr. Rietveld began his IT career at Deltacom Info Systems where he held a number of positions from computer programmer to director of project management. Then in 1985, he cofounded and became general manager of DELTAware BV. From 1989-1994, Mr. Rietveld enjoyed a career at WordPerfect Corporation where he began as Director of Sales and Marketing and eventually held the position of President and CEO of the company. Prior to cofounding EsNet, Mr. Rietveld was Executive Vice President of Novel as well as President of the applications division there. Mr. Rietveld currently serves as the chairman of Syzygy, AG.
R. Duff Thompson
Duff Thompson is managing general partner of EsNet and a managing member of E-Net Teo LLC, shareholders of Syzygy AG. He has been active in the technology industry since the mid-1980's serving as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for WordPerfect Corporation from 1986-1994, and Senior Vice President of Novell, Inc. from 1994-1996. Prior to working with WordPerfect Corporation, Mr. Thompson was a partner in the firm of Callister, McCullough and Nebeker, working there from 1983-1986.

Mr. Thompson has served as a past chairman of the Business Software Alliance, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Santa Cruz Operation ("SCO" Nasdaq). Mr. Thompson holds a bachelor degree in Economics from Brigham Young University, together with both a Masters in Business Administration and J.D. degree, also from BYU.
